Between October 7 and 14, 2016 the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao will host eight 3-D concerts of German electronic music pioneers Kraftwerk, which will mark the starting point for the celebrations of the Museum’s 20th anniversary.
Over eight consecutive nights, Kraftwerk will present The Catalogue – 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8. The concert series is a chronological exploration of Kraftwerk’s sonic and visual experiments and presents their eight classic electronic master works from their catalogue with spectacular 3D visualizations in the Museum’s Atrium.
Commencing with Autobahn, each night will cover one of Kraftwerk's groundbreaking albums in full and in order of their release followed by additional compositions from their other legendary catalogue albums. Combining sound and 3-D projections the concerts showcase more than four decades of musical and technical innovatio.
The eight concerts will be as detailed below:

- Trans Europe Express (1977) - October 9
- The Man-Machine (1978) - October 10
- Computer World (1981) - October 11
- Techno Pop (1986) - October 12
- The Mix (1991) - October 13
- Tour de France (2003) - October 14
Tickets can be purchased as from Tuesday, February 9, at 10 am through doctormusic.com, ticketmaster.es, Fnac, Carrefour Travel Agencies, Halcon Travel Agencies, other usual points of sell of Ticketmaster and by phone at 902 15 00 25. The price will 70 euros, booking fees not included. A maximum of four tickets per person will be permitted. At the artists’ request, tickets will be printed with the ID number of the buyer and, to enter the venue, buyers will be given access by presenting their ID, along with the other users of the tickets purchased by each buyer (4 tickets maximum). Access to the venue will not be allowed if ticket holders do not comply with this requirement. Purchase will be permitted just for one of the eight shows available per each buyer.
Kraftwerk is considered the pioneer of electronic music and the inspiration for a wide range of musical genres, from Electro to Hip Hop, from Techno to SynthPop. They have made musical history and achieved recognition all over the world for more than four decades now. Kraftwerk created the soundtrack for the digital age of the 21st century.
