Drawing invites us to take a closer look at things—to retrace our steps, look, and look again. In this course, kids will make sketches from nature first, and then they will draw animals, trees, a garden, and a forest, as they deal with perspective, light and shadow, color and glaze.
The course is conceived of as a series of progressive workshops to unfold from October to May. In them, children learn to master different drawing mediums—charcoal, watercolor, marker, etc.—and try different supports.
