Vibration, creativity, conscious touch, intuitive movement, focus, breathwork, active listening… Play, sense, feel… to live in the moment.

Against the background of the Giovanni Anselmo exhibition, we will explore a series of ideas to awaken our senses during our tour of the exhibition and later in the Education Space.

Inspired by Anselmo’s works, this play-and-creation workshop stimulates our senses in connection with matter and energy, inviting us to rely on creative intuition. Resorting to enjoyable sensory dynamics, we will learn to practice mindfulness.
