Culinary Workshop: La Carolina and prize draw

Master class by chef Josean Alija, who will show how to make a typical pastry of Bilbao: the Carolina, as served at the Nerua.
And discover the relationship between music and gastronomy with our Museum colleague Marta Arzak.
At the end of the event, we will hold a raffle among those present in the auditorium for two dinners for two at Bistró Guggenheim.
