This yoga practice for the whole family invites you to share and rejoice, enjoying postures anyone can try. Yoga will help you connect to Mother Earth, finding ways of giving back what nature bountifully offers.
Guided by breathing, your body will resort to a variety of asanas to practice “earthing”, thus feeling the energy and power of the earth. You will become a river, a flower, a tree… In so doing, you will be part of a big family that respects, cares for, and thanks nature.
