In his debut with the Berlin Philharmonic, Japanese conductor Kazuki Yamada will offer an innovative organ music program. The orchestra will be accompanied by organist Sebastian Heindl and flutist Emmanuel Pahud.

  1. Ottorino Respighi (b. 1879; d. 1936): Fontane di Roma (1916, 17 min.)
  2. Tōru Takemitsu (b. 1930; d. 1996): I Hear the Water Dreaming, for Flute and Orchestra (1987, 11 min.)
  3. Camille Saint-Saëns (b. 1835; d. 1921): Symphony No. 3 in C minor, Op. 78, “Organ Symphony” (1886, 7 min.)

An activity organized with the Berlin Philharmonic Digital Concert Hall and the Bilbao Philharmonic Society in the context of the TopARTE program of the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao
