Performance: My hand is your hand is my hand

German artist Barbara Eichhorn invites the public to participate in this collective performance about drawing. In this program, we are no longer mere spectators of art; we are encouraged to engage in a dialogue in which drawing is understood as a social and collaborative act that develops regardless of participants’ language, age, gender, and cultural background. Our own hands and a pencil become a common tool, so that we can share the artwork rather than contemplate it as an exhibited object.
