Z–Fridays

Z-Fridays are back! This program for young people aged 20 to 30 offers a wide range of activities – concerts, talks, workshops, and more – for free.

• October 4: A meeting with Sarah Almagro, Spanish and European Para Surfing Champion and gold medalist in the 2023 World Para Surfing Championship, who will talk about resilience and overcoming adversity with sport. If you are into surfing or the sea, and you are also fascinated by the power of the mind, this is the right activity for you.
• October 25: A workshop with artist Juan Pablo Ordúñez, aka MawatreS, focusing on Yoshitomo Nara’s social and community endeavors. Participants will make drawings for an installation using recycled materials such as cardboard, paper and textiles.
