ART AND TECHNIQUE: MODERN LIFE

As part of the Didaktika project, the museum designs educational spaces and organizes activities that complement its exhibitions in an effort to provide tools and resources, both in the galleries and online, to facilitate the appreciation and understanding of the works on display.

This online educational space designed for the exhibition for the exhibition From Fauvism to Surrealism: Masterpieces from the Musée d’Art Moderne de Paris, visitors will learn more about the Musée d’Art Moderne de Paris (MAM), created in 1937, and discover Raoul Dufy’s iconic work, The Spirit of Electricity (La Fée Électricité, 1937). This emblematic artwork in MAM’s collection offers viewers insight into advances in electricity during the first half of the twentieth century and the technical breakthroughs that radically changed life and art in Paris.
