Aimed at the whole family, these classes use art and yoga poses to play, share, and connect. Art can help us all—kids and adults alike—attain wellbeing, improve our quality of life, and develop our emotional intelligence.
By doing breathing exercises and trying amusing poses inspired by artworks like El Anatsui’s Rising Sea, kids learn to focus on their bodies and everything around them. These yoga classes will give the little ones and the grown-ups with them the chance to connect to their creative essence as they explore conscious movement.
