Enjoy a full evening out, binge-watching anime movies in Bilbao Anime Festival (FAB), curated by Blanca Oria.
An activity organized with the Bilbao Anime Festival within the TopARTE program of the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao.
The 5th Bilbao Anime Festival (FAB 2023) will be presenting two films closely linked to highly relevant issues in the 2020s. The first one, Revolutionary Girl Utena: The Movie, directed by Kunihiko Ikuhara, is a follow-up to the successful anime television series about Utena Tenjou, a clever, popular teenage girl who takes part in sword dueling tournaments. The second one, Break of Dawn, by Tomoyuki Kurokawa, is about a boy who is obsessed with space and astronomy—a story full of robots and AI.
