Film Screenings: Zinecittà Film Festival

In the context of the Zinecittà Film Festival, the Museum is screening Palazzina Laf (2023), a film directed by Michele Riondino, starring Riondino himself and Elio Germano. Winner of three David di Donatello Awards – Best Actor (Riondino), Best Supporting Actor (Germano), and Best Song (“La mia terra”, performed by Diodato) –, the film is about urban and social regeneration in cities with a relevant industrial past, in this case, Taranto. Could similarities be found with Bilbao? The screening of the film, part of the 8^th Italian Film Festival held in Bilbao and Donostia-San Sebastián, will be followed by a talk with the festival’s representatives and some of the film’s performers.
