Special Dinner at Bistró: EUSKANTINA VASCO-LATINA

Bistró Guggenheim Bilbao pays tribute to Basque-Latin history by inviting San Sebastian restaurant Topa Sukalderia, a benchmark for Basque-Latin American fusion cuisine, into its kitchen.

Euskantina is a tribute to the Basque diaspora in Latin America and to the cuisines that were born on the other side of the Atlantic with Basque soul and Latin accent. An imaginary space where the sukaldea and the cantina, the txoko and the traditional Latin American bar intersect.

Euskantina celebrates this round trip through its dishes. A cuisine reminiscent of the long tables in Basque homes and Latin American cantinas where people share, toast, and tell stories. Bistró and Topa come together to speak about the traditions of families, dishes, and drinks, connecting Bilbao with Latin America through gastronomy.
