Music in Kokoschka’s Vienna

Last themed tour of the work of Oskar Kokoschka guided by musicologist Patricia Sojo, who will introduce the works in the exhibition as you listen to relevant musical pieces. In this visual and sound tour, participants will be taken to Kokoschka’s Vienna, learning about the artist’s relationships with Austrian composer Arnold Schönberg, Spanish musician Pau Casals, and Austrian composer and author Alma Mahler, all of whom were painted by Kokoschka.
