Nerua obtiene 3 Soles en la Guía Repsol 2012
Nerua, dirigido por el chef bilbaíno Josean Alija ha obtenido 3 Soles, la máxima calificación gastronómica que otorga la Guía Repsol a un restaurante.
Nerua, el nuevo espacio gastronómico dedicado a la alta cocina en el Museo Guggenheim Bilbao, y Josean Alija se unen así al selecto grupo de restaurantes que poseen dicha calificación, tales como Arzak, Mugaritz o El Celler de Can Roca entre otros. En Bizkaia, tan solo el Etxebarri (Atxondo) y Nerua ostentan los preciados 3 soles Repsol.
Josean Alija comenzó su carrera profesional con apenas 17 años. En 1998 se hizo cargo del Restaurante del Museo Guggenheim Bilbao y en 2000 fue galardonado con el premio al Mejor Cocinero Joven; desde entonces ha obtenido numerosas distinciones por su estilo revolucionario, purista y, al mismo tiempo, lleno de aromas, texturas y sabores.
Los Soles Repsol son los más prestigiosos galardones en el mundo gastronómico que se conceden en España. Los mejores restaurantes reciben cada año este importante reconocimiento con el consenso de la Real Academia de Gastronomía y la Cofradía de la Buena Mesa, tras realizar una exhaustiva selección. Make sure you include the following information: type of video; date, time, and length; what to film (the building, the exhibitions, etc.); interview requests; special information requests.
If your request is approved, you must send a list of all team members before the day of the shooting.
The use of Museum images in videos and other audio-visual productions may be subject to a fee. Our Images Committee reviews every request individually. Since this may take three working days to two full weeks, we suggest you plan your video shooting ahead of time.

All images must be properly attributed, without being altered, cropped, or overwritten. Reproductions other than the aforementioned require approval in writing from the Museum.
